RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
We want you to know that we care and want you have a great retail experience with us. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, you may email us for your return request within 3 days from receiving your order. If we authorise your return request, please return the item(s) to us in its original condition within 7 days from the approval e-mail. Only item(s) purchased directly from www.monolivingstore.com will be accepted. Returned items must be in original packaging and condition, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Non-returnable items include items incorrect purchased, damaged products through customer mishandling. Returns made without receipt may be refused. mono living reserves the right to deny any return.
Please e-mail us info@monolivingstore.com to start the return process. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Please include the following information:
1. Order number
2. Proof of purchase
3. Reasons for Returns
4. Video or photo of the faulty item (if applicable)
5. Complete delivery address
6. Contact number & e-mail
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the item(s).
Refunds:
Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, transfer via bank, etc.)
For all returned and replacement item(s), mono living will not responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
